Rare Earth Heat Resistant Steel is a high-performance steel designed specifically for high-temperature environments. This chromium oxide film can firmly adhere to the surface of steel and effectively prevent oxidation of high-temperature gases and corrosion of media.
In order to further improve the oxidation resistance of the material, a certain amount of nickel and nitrogen are added to the rare earth heat-resistant steel and treated with rare earths. These elements not only improve the diffusion ability of chromium, but also expand the austenite structure of the steel, thus enhancing the heat resistance and thermal strength of the alloy steel. This alloy steel can maintain stable mechanical properties at high temperatures and has excellent wear and corrosion resistance, significantly increasing its service life in high-temperature working environments.
