Our rare earth wear-resistant alloy steel contains 0.80% to 1.10% manganese, which can effectively improve the wear resistance of steel and make it perform well in the deslagging system of steel mills. The synergistic effect of manganese and other alloying elements enhances the mechanical properties of steel, making it maintain stable performance under high impact loads.
The role of silicon is to increase the hardness and wear resistance of steel. For example, the high chromium content in ZG40CrMnSiMoNiRe JD-2 makes it perform well in high-load and wear environments, and is suitable for a variety of high-wear industrial applications.
